Cardigan Brewery Refund and Returns Policy
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened and unused items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You must complete the RMA form, downloadable below and send back to us at Sales@cardiganbrewery.com before returning your item.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit . If you need an exchange, send us an email at sales@cardiganbrewery.com with an image of the damage upon receiving the product.
4. Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to 1st Floor Office, Ty Canol, 1-3 Pendre, Cardigan, SA43 1JL. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
