We do run periodic group tours on Saturdays (group size between 10 and 30). They are very informal, interactive and relaxed. We encourage everyone to buy a beer at the bar in readiness for the tour start to make sure you don’t get thirsty!
To give you a flavour of what the tour will include:
In the brewery:
• Welcome and introductions.
• Overview of beer ingredients and how they affect our ales.
• Explanation of the brewhouse equipment.
• Purpose of fermenters including a sample of beer mid fermentation.
• Difference between cask and keg, carbonated and bottle conditioned ales.
At the bar:
• Free flight of 5 Cardigan Brewery beers (5 x 1/3 pint glasses, Bar Price £7.50)
The tour should take about 60 minutes and every member of the group will be given a voucher entitling them to a free flight of beers from the bar (must be used on the tour date only)
