CRAFTY DAI’S – West Coast IPA
To compliment our fantastic Mountain Style ‘Dai P.A.’ we have created a Fresh & Clean tasting West Coast Style IPA inspired by our surrounding unspoiled environment. A pale ‘hop forward’ brew, with a solid bitterness & finished with dry malt & late added hops promoting touches of bold citrus and pine aroma, wrapped up in a crisp full body, For your appreciation.

While sailing up the rugged West Wales Coast, I always savoured the peaceful night passages with the twinkling lights of the cottages on the land, the beautifully calm seas, the night sky full of stars, so easy to see in the cool clear air & fresh breezes unpolluted by light or smog just clean clear air over the beauty of Wales. Sometimes we were lucky enough, to see the almost magical Bioluminescence of the disturbed Marine organisms in the wake of the boat, a phenomenon known to sailors as ‘Seafire’ a fantastic experience so humbling in simplicity.
